Our Mission & Purpose
Heal Behavioral Health is an outpatient drug and alcohol treatment center dedicated to supporting low-income individuals and families affected by substance use and mental health challenges.
We provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment that promotes recovery, personal growth, and long-term stability. We are committed to empowering individuals through education, counseling, and comprehensive support services.
Our goal is to provide access to resources, build life skills, and foster a sense of belonging and purpose for every individual we serve.
Target Population
Low-income individuals and families experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges throughout San Diego County.
The Homeless Court Program (HCP) is designed for those actively engaged in treatment and ready to resolve legal barriers and achieve lasting stability.

Progress & Milestones
Stability & Active Engagement
Clients demonstrate progress toward stability — including active job seeking, employment, or engagement in vocational training. Building routine and accountability is the foundation at this stage.
Financial Responsibility & Independence
Clients demonstrate financial responsibility — such as maintaining a bank account and consistent income or measurable financial planning progress. A meaningful step toward long-term self-sufficiency.
